06/09/13 Bonfire and Firework display!
Wythall’s bonfire & fireworks night will be held on Saturday 2nd November 2013.
I know this sounds a bit early to start mentioning it, but it is a date for your diary if you can make it.
The event itself is a good one, with 2 great firework displays put on by fully trained members of the Association.
It is the main fundraising event for the Association and helps them maintain the facilities we enjoy; we have never trained at a better place.
If you can attend and support it that would be great, even better if you are able to help us put on the event.
The dog club has supported the event for as long as we can remember, we work the gates & do the security around the park. If you are able to help with any of this please let Sharon know. They are always looking for volunteers for the bonfire committee as well who meet every other month.
Any support is greatly appreciated, from buying a ticket and attending to helping on the night, to joining the committee. If you interested in helping please let us know.

13/08/13 Dog Show news!
On Sunday 11th August we held our dog show again as part of the Wythall Carnival.
It was a great day all round and the weather held for us once again.
It was good to see so many entrants, a record number for us, which fed into record takings.
With the committee doing a great job and seeing us branch into other areas of fund raising, such as advance raffle ticket sales, having an Aston Martin on the field for people to sit in and a go at Rally-O for the first time, we managed to raise just over £1,200 for charities this year.
A really BIG thank you to everyone who made the day great.
Photographs from the show are now available from the link given on the "Dog show" page
No Training on Sunday 14th July 2013 due to a local fun-run and road closures.
Due to the bank holidays the quarterly progress test has been moved to Sunday 1st Sept 2013.
18/07/13 - The new shed had been in place for a few weeks and proves to be a success. We now have to comply with the planning rules and paint it green. Any volunteers?
06/06/13 - The new base is now down and has set rock hard, without any vandalism occuring! The building is due to be delivered next week.
25/05/13 - The shed has now been demolished, the ground cleared and is ready for the concrete which, all being well, will arrive on Wednesday. Pictures of the demolition can be seen in the Gallery.
01/05/13 - The new Agility shed is now in the planning permission stage. Once that has been approved we can replace the tired old shed with a new and sightly bigger one. Volunteers may be needed to help remove the old building.
